Our patient feedback surveys have been evaluated and as requested by our patients we will aim to improve on:
1) “Wait times”
- We will communicate with patients when they check in for an appointment if there is a an unexpected wait time
- We will aim to call patients ahead of time to inform them of major wait times
- We will encourage patients to book longer appointments if and when required to help doctors stay on time and for patient care.
2) “Being able to see my preferred doctor”
- We do hold appointments each day for urgent consultations for each doctor, though we will implement a cancellation list each day per doctor with the intention to help patients that require an appointment that day with their preferred doctor.
3) “Making an appointment for a day/time that suits the me”
- We currently have an online booking system, HotDoc. Patients can see all available appointment times through this platform. There is a booking link on our website otherwise patients can book directly through the HotDoc app. We will also utilise our cancellation list for patients that have time restrictions themselves.
