GP SERVICES & FEES

As of the 1st April 2026 Redbank Plaza Medical will be BULK BILLING all GP non-procedural consultations for patients with a current Medicare Card.

Our GPs recognise the serious cost of living pressures facing our community and we would like to ensure our patients can continue to access affordable and quality GP services into the future and will become a Medicare Bulk Billing Practice on 1 April.

Some medical procedures may still incur an out of pocket fee, please speak to our reception team or your GP about the fees applicable for procedural services provided by your GP.

Cancellations

If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please provide at least 4 hours’ notice so we can offer your appointment to another patient.  Where patients do not provide 4 hours’ cancellation notice, they may be charged a cancellation fee of $40.00 which is not claimable on Medicare. If you need to cancel your appointment outside of normal business hours and have made you appointment online, please cancel your appointment through HotDoc.
